πŸ›‘οΈ Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty for e-bikes is outlined below. If a non-human damage issue occurs within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

After the warranty period, customers will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees. All e-bikes we sell are brand new and come equipped with original factory parts.

To help customers resolve accessory-related issues quickly, separately purchased accessories are sold at cost price. Therefore, except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases, these accessories are not covered under warranty.

Important Note: Second-hand e-bikes and modified e-bikes are excluded from warranty coverage.

Tire 1 month 1 month If punctured by a sharp object, warranty not applicable for tire issues caused by insufficient pressure, speed bumps, or pits. Only quality defects are covered.
Saddles, Plastic parts, Brake parts Round disc brake rotor, Brake pads, Brake cable 3 months No warranty for collision damage, man-made damage, or self-modification.
Kickstand, Fenders, Rear racks, Pedals, Grips, Cranks, Chainrings, Hubs, Chains, Shifters, Derailleurs, Flywheel, Shock absorber, Bell, Horn, Lifting Lug, Connecting Rod Piece Various 6 months -
Electrics parts Controllers, Chargers, Cables, Display, Brakes, Accelerators, Pedal assistance Sensors 12 months Short circuit, burnout, and manufacturing defects are covered. Water ingress, cut cables, natural wear, and man-made damage are not covered.
Headlights, Taillights Lights 6 months -
Motor parts Motor 12 months Coil phase loss, burning, magnet issues, shaft deformation due to quality problems are covered. Damage from tire pressure, speed bumps, or pits not covered.
Motor hall, Motor bearing Hall wire, Bearing 12 months Hall wire burnt out, abnormal noise, or bearing rupture covered.
Battery Battery box, top & bottom cover, Battery 12 months Replaced if faults like poor contact, no power, or capacity <60%. Warranty period not recalculated. Water or man-made damage not covered.

⚠️ Conditions That Do NOT Qualify for Warranty

  • Damage from failure to follow instructions, maintenance, or adjustment guidelines.
  • Issues caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  • Damage due to improper use, inadequate storage, or accidents.
  • Repair costs at unauthorized shops without prior approval.
  • Minor scratches or damage to outer packaging during logistics.
  • Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.
  • Consumable parts (tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches) are excluded.

πŸ“ How to Apply for Warranty

  1. Capture a photo or short video clearly showing the issue.
  2. Email a brief description of the problem along with photos/videos, your order number, and platform of purchase to support@drvetionebike.com.
  3. Our team will assess the issue. If evident, a solution will be provided promptly.
  4. For issues needing further investigation, follow troubleshooting instructions and share corresponding photos/videos.
  5. After verifying order details and delivery address, we will ship the necessary replacement parts.
